Terms of Use
Last updated: 2026-10-20
These terms are an agreement between you and the Odomira developer, an individual developer based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India (“we”, “us”) for the use of the Odomira apps and service (“Odomira”). By using Odomira you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use Odomira.
1. Who can use Odomira
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you ride, you are responsible for holding a valid licence and meeting every legal requirement for riding your motorcycle.
2. Your account
Many features work without an account. If you create one, give accurate information, keep your password secret, and tell us at support@odomira.app if you think someone else has access to it. You are responsible for activity under your account. Your display name and username are visible to other users on the leaderboard and in group rides, so do not use a name that is offensive, misleading or belongs to someone else.
3. Riding safety
- Do not interact with your phone while riding. Set your destination, join a group and change settings before you ride or after you stop safely.
- Always obey traffic laws, road signs and the instructions of the authorities. They take priority over anything Odomira shows or says.
- Directions, speed, distance, fuel range, service reminders and other figures can be wrong, late or missing. Use your own judgement about whether a route is legal, safe and suitable for your motorcycle and the conditions.
- Fuel range and service figures are estimates based on the data you enter and the rides you record. Check your actual fuel level and follow your manufacturer’s maintenance schedule.
- Group ride positions depend on each rider’s phone and network and can be delayed or missing. Do not rely on them in an emergency.
- Rankings are for fun. Never ride faster or take risks to improve them.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law or infringe anyone’s rights while using Odomira;
- submit false ride data to manipulate the leaderboard;
- use group rides to track, harass or endanger anyone, or share a group code with people who should not see the group’s positions;
- access accounts or data that are not yours, probe or disrupt our servers, or bypass rate limits or security measures;
- copy, resell or reverse engineer the service, except where the law allows it;
- use automated means to access the service other than the official apps.
5. Maps and third-party services
Maps, place search, routes and turn-by-turn navigation are provided by Google Maps Platform. Your use of these features is also subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Map data, traffic and place information come from third parties and may be inaccurate or out of date. Sign-in with Google or Apple is subject to that provider’s terms.
6. Motorcycle dashboards and trademarks
Odomira can send directions to the dashboards of some KTM, Husqvarna and GASGAS motorcycles. Odomira is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by KTM AG, Husqvarna Motorcycles, GASGAS or Pierer Mobility AG. KTM, Husqvarna, GASGAS and related names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility. Dashboard support depends on the bike model and software and can stop working after a manufacturer update. We cannot say how your manufacturer treats third-party apps connected to your bike under its warranty; check with your dealer.
7. Your data
Your rides, garage entries and other data remain yours. You give us permission to store, process and display them only as needed to run Odomira, including showing your display name, username and ride totals on the leaderboard and sharing your live position with members of a group you join. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
8. Changes to the service
Odomira is provided free of charge. We may add, change or remove features, limit storage (for example, how long detailed ride routes are kept on our servers), or stop the service. If we stop the service, we will give reasonable notice where we can so you can export your data.
9. No warranty
Odomira is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that Odomira will be accurate, uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
Odomira is free and provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all liability arising from your use of Odomira, including for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages and for loss of data, profits or goodwill. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to Odomira is limited to INR 1,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for intent or gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Ending your use
You can stop using Odomira at any time and delete your account in the app under Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete account, or as described on the account deletion page. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other users or the service at risk. Where reasonable, we will tell you why.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India have jurisdiction, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live or your right to bring proceedings there.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the “Last updated” date and, for significant changes, tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using Odomira after that, you accept the updated terms.
